• Use of hormonal contraceptives may DOUBLE risk of HIV infection (Lancet Journal)
• Contraceptives used in Africa may double risk of HIV infection (NYTimes--btw, you only get one free look, so either clear your cookies and try again, or just read/ print/ share it the first time.)

My favorite line: “benefits [of contraception] still outweigh the risks for most users.” Growing numbers of “most users” would disagree.
